Shipping

Order processing is currently taking about 3-5 business days before shipping. Our free standard shipping is sent via FedEx with Ground Shipping which has an approximate shipping and delivery turnaround time of 5-7 days. This means that the total turnaround for delivery can take up to 8-12 business days.


Orders placed after 3 PM EST on weekdays will ship the following 3-5 business days. All orders with expedited shipping that are received by 3 PM EST will ship the same day. If the expedited order is placed after 3 PM EST then it will ship the next business day.


Please note that processing + shipping times may vary during new product launches, high-volume seasons, and holidays. All orders are shipped from Austin, TX.

Yes! We offer FedEx 2nd day and FedEx Next Day - please note that express orders placed after 3 PM EST will ship the following business day. Processing + shipping times may vary based on high-volume seasons and holidays so please plan accordingly and order in advance as much as possible.

We currently ship within the US and Canada! We offer standard shipping to Canada at a flat fee of $15.


Shipments to Canada will deliver DDU (delivered duty unpaid), meaning it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes.

If you need to update your shipping address please immediately reach out to our support team at heythere@halfdays.com. Since our orders are fulfilled quickly we cannot guarantee a change will be possible. If an address change is not possible the order will be shipped to the original shipping address input at the time of checkout. Please contact the Shipping Carrier to attempt to re-route your order.

Once your package leaves our warehouse it is unfortunately out of our hands. Navidium Shipping Protection is a low-cost option to cover your package in the case of theft, damage, or loss! Navidium Shipping Protection is automatically applied to your order at checkout, but it is always 100% your choice and easy to opt-out of. We recommend shipping protection on all orders as Halfdays is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items if shipping protection is deselected.

If your item has been fulfilled and shipped it is too late to cancel, however, Navidium is protecting your package that is currently in transit. If your protected package is lost, damaged, or stolen please let us know ASAP.

If your order included Navidium Shipping Protection and your package is stolen, lost, or damaged in transit, we've got you covered! Just reach out to our team at heythere@halfdays.com and we'll be happy to help.

Unfortunately, if you opted out of Navidium Shipping Protection when you checked out, we are not liable and cannot replace your package. We recommend calling the shipping carrier and filing a claim with them to see if they can reimburse you for your lost, stolen, or damaged package.

If you did not have Navidium Shipping Protection then Halfdays is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage and we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier (FedEx) to file a claim.
