All of our products are covered against manufacturing defects by a 365-day warranty (from date of purchase) as long as they are original, unaltered, and unmodified. Defects in materials and workmanship will be replaced at the discretion of the Halfdays team. However, depending on the situation, condition of the product, and current inventory we cannot guarantee a replacement. This warranty does not cover incidental damages, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended time and use.
Please note that after 365 days from the date of purchase, we will not be able to replace any items. If the item was purchased through a retailer you will need to reach out directly to that retailer for a replacement or refund.
