Return Policy

All orders to Canada will be delivered duty paid (that means no surprise border costs) for an additional shipping fee of $15. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All domestic order orders are sent by ground shipment from Denver, CO and have an approximate shipping time of 3-5 days. Canadian orders are shipped by Canada post from Denver and may take up to 10 days.

All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment within 15 days of receiving your order.
*As of 03/11/2022, we have updated our return policy. For orders placed on or before 03/11/2022 we will still honor the 30 day return period. Please follow the standard return instructions listed below.
