We may offer communications via text messages sent by Halfdays or any of our service providers, such as when we send you text messages to confirm and notify you about the status of an order you place with us, to remind you about items you have placed in your shopping cart (i.e., cart abandonment messages), or for any customer service, account-related, or marketing purpose. To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us, or send your request and mobile telephone number to heythere@halfdays.com. Note that we may send you a message to confirm receipt of your STOP request.

Halfdays is based in the United States of America, and we work with service providers in the United States and other countries, such as our shipping partners in countries where our customers reside. If you are from a country outside of the United States of America with laws governing data collection, use, and disclosure that may differ from U.S. law and you provide personal information to us, please note that any personal information that you provide to us may be transferred to the United States of America and other countries where we or our service providers operate. The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the “sale” of certain types of personal information. Subject to several exceptions, Nevada law defines “sale” to mean the exchange of certain types of personal information for monetary consideration to another person. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
