We may offer communications via text messages sent by Halfdays or any of our service providers, such as when we send you text messages to confirm and notify you about the status of an order you place with us, to remind you about items you have placed in your shopping cart (i.e., cart abandonment messages), or for any customer service, account-related, or marketing purpose. To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us, or send your request and mobile telephone number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that we may send you a message to confirm receipt of your STOP request.
4.4. Cookies. Most browsers let you remove or stop accepting cookies from the websites you visit. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser’s settings. Advertising choices Some of our advertising partners are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and are subject to the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising published by the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). Other websites and services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your personal information. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites and online services you use.
The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information online, please contact us using the information in the below “CONTACTING US” section. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children without verification of parental consent as required by law, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
